The 2012 New Jersey State Championship will be held Saturday, August 18, 2012 at Wilkins Theater on Keen University. The show will feature athletes competing in Men's & Women's Bodybuilding, Women's Fitness, Figure and Bikini divisions, and Women's and Men's Physique.
If flying into Northern New Jersey to attend the show, we strongly recommend renting a car. It is the most cost effective and flexible mode of transportation for getting to and from the show and your hotel
TICKETS
Tickets for the 2012 New Jersey State Championshipwill be available in the spring of 2012.
Prejudging Tickets: $25
Finals Tickets: $50 VIP and $40
SHOW TIMES
Prejudging start at 11am.
Finals start promptly at 6:30pm. Doors open at 5:45 pm. We suggest you arrive as early as possible to assist us in seating everyone prior to the show time.

You can register for the show will begin in the spring of 2012.
NPC CARDS
The New Jersey State Championship is an NPC sanctioned show and a National Qualifier. To compete all competitors must have a current 2012 NPC Card. NPC cards will be available at check-in or you can apply directly to the NPC on their site: http://www.nationalphysiquecommittee.com
CHECK IN
Competitors have the option of checking in Friday, August 17th at Diamond Gym starting at 5pm or day of show at Wilkins Hall starting at 9am.
Music is your responsibility and is due at check-in. CD's should be properly cued and ready to play. Maximum routine time is 60 seconds. Please have a backup copy of your music with you.
TANNING APPOINTMENTS
Thank you for inquiring about professional airbrush tanning for the New Jersey State Bodybuilding Championships. We will be using JanTana products. As part of the service, you will receive two (2) tanning appointments, back stage touch ups and glaze before you step on stage. We will make sure your tan looks polished so that you look your best for the show!
Your first appointment will be scheduled on Friday night approximately between 7pm - 10:30pm at Diamond Gym. You may also check-in for the show while you are at the gym. After your first application, you will receive another appointment time for Saturday morning. Saturday morning appointments will be from 7am-10am and take place back stage at Kean University.
On Wednesday, you will receive a confirmation email and/or phone call confirming your appointment times. Saturday appointments will be booked by order of the show. Those who are on stage first will be tanned first. This will keep you from having to be at the venue earlier than necessary.
Tanning Tips
- Please exfoliate the week of the show.
- Do not wear any deodorant, perfumes or lotions to your appointment.
- Fresh clean, exfoliated skin will give you the best tan.
There is a charge of $125 for the service which must be paid in advance. Every effort will be made to accommodate your needs for the show.
When making payment, be sure to include your name, division and weight/height class in the comment box.
